PLACING AN ORDER

To place an order, click on the “Buy Now” button next to each
item.  We currently accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American
Express through PayPal. PayPal is an easy, secure (SSL
technology) method of payment using your MasterCard, Visa,
American Express or Discover. PayPal also allows you to directly
transfer from your bank account.  You will receive a confirmation
e-mail within 24 hours of placing an order.  If you experience
difficulty placing an order, please contact us at
owner@lorelaisboutique.net.  


AVAILABILITY

Lorelai’s Boutique creates certain items, including all lighting,
especially for you upon order.  In rare circumstances, materials
will be low in stock or discontinued from suppliers and similar
substitute materials will be used.  In these cases, Jacquelyn
Gillick, owner, will contact you by phone or e-mail to discuss
these special circumstances and options in the effort to best meet
your needs.  


CUSTOM ORDERS

You can place a custom order request by completing the form at
www.lorelaisboutique.net/customorder.  A confirmation email and
invoice will be emailed to you within one business day.  If you
decide to place a custom chandelier order, just initiate payment
by following instructions on the invoice.  If you change your mind,
simply disregard the invoice.  Please allow 2-4 weeks to complete
your custom order.  Your confirmation email will give you an
estimate of when you can expect completion of your order.  See

SHIPPING

Shipping is free at Lorelai's Boutique!  Your confirmation
email will include an estimate of when your item will be shipped.
Most chandeliers ship in 10-15 business days. You will be
emailed when your item has shipped with carrier (USPS, UPS,
FedEx) and estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, we are not
able to offer shipping outside the contiguous 48 United States.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you have any questions or concerns, please e-mail us at
owner@lorelaisboutique.net. We want you to be completely
happy with your purchase and will work with you if your product
does not meet your expectations.
