Q: How do I place a custom order? A: To place a custom order, complete a custom order request form and click "submit". An invoice will be emailed to you in one business day. At that time, you can choose to place your order. Q: When I complete a custom order request, am I obligated to purchase the chandelier? A: No. When you receive the invoice that will be emailed to you, you can decide whether or not to place an order. Q: What is the cost for custom ordered chandeliers? A: There is no extra charge for custom orders. Typically, custom ordered chandeliers are between $150-$200, which includes shipping and handling. Q: Is there a discount if I provide the fabric for the shades? A: Yes. Your chandelier will be discounted $5 for fabric that is provided for the shades. Lorelai's requires 1 yard of fabric per chandelier. Fabric can be mailed to Lorelai's at Jacquelyn Gillick 3952 Wenzlick Avenue St. Louis, MO 63109. Please include your name and contact information when you send the fabric. Q: What if I do not like the chandelier that is made? A: We want customers to be completely happy with their purchases. Pictures are emailed to customers for their approval before they are shipped. If customers are not completely satisfied after they receive the chandelier, they can email the owner at owner@lorelaisboutique.net to arrange for a refund or exchange. |
